Kathy Freston is a renowned personal growth author and spiritual counselor. She has carried the work of healing transformation into the arena of relationships by using visualization, meditation, prayer, and practical advice. She developed her philosophy based on an eclectic mix of Eastern and Western disciplines, Twelve Step principles, and an intuitive sense of what works.

Freston is the author of two books on relationships and spirituality.
